Overall, this laptop checked most my boxes for what I wanted. I really wanted a laptop that was lightweight, smaller than a 13" screen, a pretty good battery life and enough power to be quick. I generally do basic tasks on my laptop, but occasionally need more power for some moderate tasks; which knocked a Chromebook out of the running. I debated between the Surface and Macbook Air. I ultimately landed on the Surface because I really enjoyed the touch screen and I got this on sale for $649 which made it much more attractive than the regular price. The biggest knocks on this laptop are the screen resolution is sub-par for a laptop at this price point and no backlit keyboard.

This laptop is extremely aesthetically pleasing. It is very light and portable, and the keyboard is beautiful. I honestly really loved this. However, the battery life is not great. With previous laptops I had, I was able to go at least two days without charging. But with this one, the battery is almost completely dead by the end of the day.

I really like this laptop! It has some weight so I don’t feel like I’ll break it easy, but not super heavy that I feel weighed down. I bought it for playing Sims and being able to surf the web when I need to and it does both things great. It does get a bit hot and my roommate says “it sounds like it’s about to take off” because of the fan inside of it LOL. That doesn’t bother me much because it only happens when running sims which is a big game. The color is also really pretty.

This is an amazing laptop for those of you who just need something light and portable to take with you on the go. While it isn't the most powerful laptop on the market for the price, it's certainly beautiful and it holds its own quite well. This makes a great laptop for college students or the everyday person who just needs to surf the web and send emails. This laptop will not handle heavy gaming or photo/video editing as well as other options on the market.

I love my computer. Its cute, sleek and fits me perfectly. There are moments where the touch screen is slow processing but outside of that, I love it!

Love the camera quality and voice quality on both ends!

I literally used this laptop 6 times in 6 months as I primarily use Mac products. The machine was never dropped and kept in a case/skin and also kept in a padded laptop bag. Within the warranty period (6 months in) the screen got a mystery hairline crack. I have pictures from every angle and there is no damage to the body anywhere. Just a hairline crack in the glass. Microsoft won't do any thing about it other than I would have to pay $330 to repair the machine. Microsoft is putting out equipment with known issues and not standing by their products. These machines have a very weak and brittle glass screen. Buyer beware.

Love this laptop. Its so easy to use, love the fingerprint for easy login, and that it fits easily into my work bag to transport. The software is great anf i easily connected all my personal and work accounts. The keyboard lights come in handy for late night working as well.

Super light and compact! I do most of my homework in bed and it’s the perfect size for me. Runs great and would 100% recommend to any college student as a first time buyer!

Loving my new Surface Laptop Go 3 in Sage! The 12.4” touch screen is super clear, and the Intel Core i5 with 8GB RAM handles multitasking with ease. The 256GB SSD is fast and offers enough storage for my essentials. It’s lightweight, has great battery life, and looks fantastic. Perfect for everyday use—highly recommend!
