The pen works like a charm with the surface. The one gripe I have is that the pen is too thick. Using it for extended periods of time can make your hand sore. Microsoft could have a better ergonomic design, but functionally it does all the jobs it was advertised to do.

The color is our school color so that is a big plus. The pen has been great in completing our projects and paperwork. Our screens don’t have to become dirty.

I bought this pen after I had initially bought a cheap knock off Pen , it has not disappointed it pairs easily with my surface go tablet the feel is great like actually holding a pen. This is the second surface go pen I have bought .

Definitely worth the money if you're a graphic designer or an illustrator. This pen is very easy to use, and much more precise than products like the Wacom mouse pad.

Works good. Doesn’t like to stay put, but not a huge deal.

A useful accessory for surface owners. Good software for writing built into surface tablets. Nifty and useful if you plan on writing and taking notes.

Purchased this and a new surface pro for school in June. It only got heavy use in the middle of August when school started and the pen tip stopped working by the 31st. It was great when it worked, but for a $100 pen I was sorely disapointed by the longevity. Thankfuly microsoft is replacing it, but the replacement process takes 6-8 days. Have to buy another pen in the meantime. I should also mention it was stored in a protective case clip attached to the surface case so I dont think this issue arose from damage during transport.

Writes just fine and expected. Great response times with a surface pro.

The pen is great while doing designs or cartooning, the only caveat that I see is the battery life. Make sure you buy extra AAAA batteries as they aren't sold everywhere!!!

I purchased it without knowing full benefit and I am so pleasantly supersized! It was so hard to put signature on the document, but Surface Pen makes it so much easier.

I have the pen and it is perfect for what I need. I bought the Surface, pen and keyboard for my college classes and I have not been disappointed.

We had to return this item as it was not compatible with the computer. It worked at the store and the salesperson said it would work with the new computer but it did not. It may have needed another item or different screen software but it was not worth the effort and we returned it.

But the quality of linework and pressure sensitivity, for illustration, is only good on Microsoft surface branded machines. The quality drops drastically when using non-surface branded devices with ntrig or mpp tech. I currently use the Wacom bamboo ink for ntrig/mpp.

Nice add-on for the surface touch screen functionality.

Purchased a refurbished pen in the fall of 2017 and I regret it. The pen did not keep track of where I wanted to write. This new one works a million times better.

Sticks to the side of your Surface by magnets. love it.

Love it! I wanted to match my keyboard and mouse. It is very user friendly and automatically connects. Not like the Apple!
