I love the pen for the Microsoft Surface Pro. It allows you to do so much and does not scratch or damage the screen. You can draw and highlight. My only complaint is that although it is magnetic and can stick on the side of the screen, sometimes it falls off. Magnets need to be stronger or the magnet strip should be longer to hold the pen.

If you own a surface device and dont have this pen you are missing out. This pen magnetically attaches to my surfacebook and is handy when needed without the fear of being lost like some other pens. I highly recommend this product.

Easy to use, set up and responds well with surface pros.

I'm close to $500 in just replacing these pens at $120 a pop; they all eventually stop working. Doesn't matter where you buy it Bestbuy, or Microsoft, the tip eventually just stops writing but all the buttons and pairing works. The longest I could get one to go is about 8 months. This is with professional Microsoft troubleshooting on ALL of them. I just smash them on concrete and buy news one now. Makes me feel a bit better about losing hundreds of dollars for lousy quality but expensive products!

It is pretty universal for tablet and touch screen users.

Don’t waste your money!! I ordered the pen online and picked it up on July 5. I set the surface pro up and quickly scribbled with the pen and it worked fine that day. Now 28 days later on August 2 I get the pen out to actually use it for school and it will not work. I tried troubleshooting and still nothing. I open my email to see about returning for a replacement and Best Buy’s policy is no returns or anything else after 15 days. This tells me they know the products are not reliable enough to last beyond a couple of weeks. My lesson learned is read the return policy carefully and don’t shop at Best Buy anymore.

Easy Bluetooth setup. Great for art also easy to use.

haven’t even had it for a month and it won’t write anymore. the eraser works but the top doesn’t. the battery is fine and i even replaced the tip

No Issues so far works well. Product is good but best buy exp was not so great.

Works great . Not really functional for most . I rarely use it and shortcuts don’t work

It sucks that it's not rechargeable! But it works so whatever.

I bought this because I had already bought the keyboard. I don't even use this to best honest, I don't even know where it's at. I don't recommend buying unless you know you'll be using this.

Pen has no pocket clip just smooth like a pencil. Makes kinda hard keep in place to easy grab. Good quality from Microsoft but would have like to have the clip same as silver and black pen. Would not recommend color unless trying to match keyboard

Long time Samsung Note user so having a pen with my Surface Pro is a huge plus. The blue matches my keyboard and mouse so had to complete the look. Looking forward to using the pen or having the ability to touch the screen.

It works better than whatever comes with the surface device.

The programmable buttons are awesome for classwork, right now I have it set up to take me straight to my notebook with a click of the pen. I do wish that you were able to program it to be a highlight/back to pen but that is not an option yet. I will definitely be buying another one so I have a backup

Purchased used and it works like a charm. Looked brand new and was still in original packaging. There is so much you can do with it as well (it can be programmed for different uses with the tablet)!
