Guess you have to purchase a new pen every time you upgrade to a new surface. This pen is working so far.

I have to question the quality if that is one of the most important components of the products function.

Thought it would work well with Surface

Writes well, button doesn’t

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This pen is unfortunately a necessary item to make the Surface Go useable due to the tiny icons used as a result of Windows 10 (they don't distinguish the OS between a 11" tablet and a 100" interactive display. The pen's buttons are difficult to feel, and get accidentally pressed while using. It has a AAAA battery (not common yet), but should last a long time. The programable "eraser" end is a nice feature.
