Unfortunately, although the pen syncs with my Surface Pro 7, it will not write on any of the programs. I've run the diagnostic tool, resynced it, reviewed Microsoft troubleshooting recommendations and nothing has helped. Will go straight to the source, Microsoft, for all future purchases.
