Already setup to use right out of the box. If not I did look at the pairing directions and they looked simple. The pen is easy to use and it's magnetic so it sticks to the side of the computer when not in use.

I love this pen I don't know how I have lasted this long without having one it makes it very easy to navigate to all of my electronic devices and I'll never be able to not have 1 again

Been using this since July 2019 and the battery's at 93%. It works great with the surface. Perfect for signing documents and overall OS navigation. Better than a mouse sometimes. Could cost less but the build quality is great.

very easy to use. love it to write on my screen when tutoring online and also to take notes. Cant wait to use it in school. Just a little heavier than a regular pen or pencil but nothing crazy that you cant get use to it

Easy to stick to your surface pro and easy enough to write with. This will beat having to write on a piece of paper anytime. If you want to easily takes notes on your surface pro, this is the stylus to use.

I love this pin it works well with my surface tablet I can draw click on things really easy inconvenient because it attaches to the side of the surface tablet I never have to look for my pen anymore

I like the surface pen, its handy to have with using my surface. (Keeps the screen clean) I like how the new pens are magnetic and hold to the surface independently. However, I cant see the value in it after using it. Its overpriced for sure.

I wanted to wait a bit to write a review and I am ready to tell others that this is worth the buy! Works amazing with a surface pro tablet, even when the keyboard doesn't work, this does!

The product works well, but I think it's over-priced. Compared to newer models, it's actually a good deal, though. No complaints, other than that there's nowhere to easily store it, as you can find with the Surface Pro X keyboard with Pen storage and charging.

The best stylus for laptops in my opinion. I don't know why I keep doing these reviews for a chance to win $400. Yeah right, thats never going to happen but I guess my review may persuade someone on whether to purchase a product or not. This is good one though, a bit pricey but they work great.

Love this pen, works really well on the touch screen, can write, draw and numerous other activities that I haven't used, I love that it is magnetic and sticks to side of laptop

I have arthritis and this pen has been a life saver. Most of the time I can actually move quicker using the pen than my fingers.

Originally bought a Wacom Bamboo Ink at first it was fine then the button on the top started falling off. This pen is much simpler in design, better built, has a more plush top, and if you have a surface then it is worth it for the magnetic storage.

It works as expected. I needed to replace my original as the tip was messed up.

Having the generation 1 Apple Pencil, I can say that the surface pen feels better to write on screen with, and has a couple more options like using the opposite end as an eraser or another way to quickly open OneNote. Can’t go wrong with it.

came with my surface pro and initially did not use it much, but as I have become more proficient with all of the different things I can do with this laptop the stylus just adds to the fun.

A solid pen for digital use. Personally as a drawing tablet person, I go with anything that works, but the surface pen is ergonomically designed to feel comfortable as if you were using a real pen. Solid pen but a bit pricy, would see it as a 60 dollar item.
