They said i was past the 15 day return policy. They referred me to Microsoft, who wont replace the pen unless the warranty on the otiginal surface tablet is valid. I have the Pro 3 so the warranty is out of date. Screwed. Bought a new pen and asked to but the protection plan and was told it wasnt available on the pen. WTF
