bought this for my surface book 2 so I can draw on my sketchbook, not only is it excellent for drawing but the eraser button also offers shortcuts to your liking depending on how you customize it.

This pen does so much more than I thought! Super awesome!!

The tip stopped working 2-3 weeks after the end of the return window. It’s still paired, and the eraser still works. It just won’t write… which of course is the only reason I bought it. I did as much troubleshooting on my own as I could - switched the tip, unpaired, repaired, rebooted, and then had to waste time talking to Microsoft tech support. Their only solution was to send it to them, and have it either repaired or replaced with a long turnaround time. I love my Surface, but this is a reminder of why I only used Apple products before I bought it. I won’t be making that mistake again. I’m just glad it was on sale, so I only wasted $60 instead of $100.

Microsoft brand surface pen works just as it should

I was on the fence about buying the official Surface pen but very glad that I did. The handwriting recognition is impressive, and the ability to attach to the side of the Surface Go 3 is a life saver. Definitely recommend to all!

great pen for writing and drawing. like the color and feel

Purchased this surface pen for use with my HP Spectre 360 because the tilt pen the laptop came with clacks against the screen and it was driving me crazy. This actually works really well. It is fluid and doest make a lot of noise against the glass of the computer.

I have always loved my Microsoft pens. I also use a mouse at times, however as a tablet, this is a better fit. I like the magnet to attach to tablet versus my first Surface Pro that fit into the charging dock. Made it easier to misplace pen if I was charging.

The pen sucks sometimes but overall pretty accurate.

The pen works amazing and even has one click and two click shortcuts that opens apps. Pressure sensitivity is great and you can use the eraser side to erase things. 10/10 highly recommend

Fun little pen to draw and write on the surface! I have only played around with it on whiteboard so far. I think with the right app or program, it will be amazing to use. it is Bluetooth enabled, so no need for a dongle that inevitably gets lost or misplaced.

This is the first time using the Surface Pen with my Surface, and there are a couple of things I didn't know... You should have a piece of paper under your writing hand, and the pen doesn't always write on the screen. Learning the right about of pressure needed is something you'll have figure out.

Great product. Easy to use. However, it does have a little more weight to it than I expected and it slips in my hand while using it. Will look for some type of silicone or Rubber case to keep it from sliding. Other than that, it is super responsive and easy to use.
