I'm not a designer and I don't write that neatly so I don't tend to use it all that much. Having said that it is fun what it is working. Important note! It takes a weird-sized battery that you would never think even exists!!!! AAAA (NO I DIDN'T MAKE THAT UP!)

It sounds like your last Surface Pen was a previous model. This version of Surface Pen is the most recent which comes equipped with a magnetic connection for your Surface device in lieu of a clip. We hope this helps clarify.

Taking class notes is a breeze

He uses it to take notes during college classes and is thrilled that he doesn’t have papers and notebooks all over the place anymore!

(My tip wasn't responsive anymore and I didn't know about the replacement tips until after I bought the pen)

Disappointed tip doesn’t last as as expected.
