Great tool for the Microsoft Surface Pro. The magnetic feature (to connect to the side of the Surface Pro) is very valuable. Easy Bluetooth connection, quick set up and go!

This pen is useful if you're drawing or writing but i dont do either so it sits there and should attach to the computer but doesn't

decent price, like that it keeps my screen from having fingerprints all over it. attaches to MS Book with designated spot. doesn't fall out ever.

I think the cool thing about this is that the second you turn it on, it connects to Surface right away. I have a PRO 7, and I like using it so far.

Makes the tablet navigation feature of this laptop much easier when applied. Move effortlessly from one tab to another. Writing has never been easier and I find it to be more traditional when writing papers and reports. Great product.

I like the fact that the pen is multi-use, connects directly to the Surface, and seems to work even better than the old one from my Generation 1 Surface Pro. My main complaint comes from the fact that you HAVE to buy one, as one does not come with the tablet, but that doesn't change the fact that it's a good pen. My NEXT complaint comes from it being a bit bulky, in order to hold the battery... a minor complaint, but the two together equal the one-star loss. Overall, I would recommend it, but can't in good conscience give it a full five stars.

The surface pen is a must have for any surface product. It can be used on many different applications and gives the user a very good amount of control.

As I just got the pen it is great and it seems to be able to learn my writing Style. It is just whet I was looking for when I got. I love it and couldn't be happier with it.

Nice pen feels great to write with. It is comfortable using with my left hand and I don’t feel that with all pens.

This is a definite must have for the touchscreen if you want to use the tablet/laptop to its fullest capabilities. Easy magnetic storage to the side of the screen. Love!

Uses a AAAA (quadruple A) battery. Not rechargeable. Replacement tips are sold separately. Decent little pen, works great with the surface pro 8.

It's great having the pen. I can't wait to see how my son will use it when school starts. I would recommend buying the pen along with the laptop.

I use this pen for whiteboard use; I like the feel of it much better than I like my Apple Pencil on my IPad Pro. Better at Palm Rejection also.

The Pen itself works fine, but it’s always draining battery. I had to physically switch battery off to truly shut the power off. A little annoying but overall worth it.

I have a surface pro 3 and this new pen is much better than the original one. This pen tip gives some resistance while moving across screen, simulating writing on paper.

Surface Pen is good for normal tasks such as note taking, writing, and light drawing/design. The pen design is kept the same. I wished Microsoft included the other pen tips for its price but they didn’t. Bluetooth connects seamlessly with the computer. I’ve used it lightly for 3 weeks and it’s now at 98%, so I was rather surprised at the speed of battery drain, but it’s understandable. There are some jiggles when drawing straight lines slowly, so that is something to keep in mind if you are an artist and you’re buying this to do some digital work. Otherwise, for normal use it works fine.
