Uninstalled drivers, rebooted, followed all of the tech guidance to no avail. According to the Microsoft site "All you need to do though is to go back to where you purchased the pen if you're having issues with it to get an immediate replacement" Apparently, not at Best Buy. The manager stated "you can't expect us to back up everything we sell." When I pointed out that after my family and I have spent 10's of thousands of dollars at Best Buy over the years and his behavior is forcing me to competitors that do support the products they sell, he stated "You need to do what's best for you." I will. It is best for me and my family never to give Best Buy our business again. Their total disregard for customer service in this competitive environment if present throughout the chain will likely lead to another brick and mortar store going under.
