Surface pro pen is light & accurate. Great for art.

I am new to the Microsoft Surface. Having said that I find the Surface Pen very useful with Photo Shop, which I use often. It was very easy to pair. There are a couple of things that I found annoying. Because of the small diameter, I find the pen twisting between my fingers. It would help if the pen had a rubberized grip. Also the gray tip on the pen gets lost on the screen when I am trying to correct things with similar screen colors.

I need the pen to do more with the surface pro, Because the surface pro does not come with a pen, I knew that it was a great compliment to the new computer and it would allow me to write proficiently and legible with the surface pen. I would highly recommend the surface pen to any one that may purchase the surface pro.

Very smooth and responsive. My only issues have been with the Surface Pro recognizing my handwriting for simple things like "I" instead of turning it into "Z" since I put caps on each end to delineate it from lower case "L", but that's a Pro issue and not the pen. The battery died pretty quick initially but once I got new batteries in it's been forever although admittedly I haven't used it as much during COVID since I don't like to carry things around at work as much. It is dang expensive though and my first one broke when I dropped it from table height - would have hoped for more durability.

This is a very handy accessory for the tablet especially if you want to "hand write" notes or draw on the tablet. The pen has a magnet inside that allows it to stick to the tablet. I haven't tried to replace the tip as the pen is new but I am interested to see if this could be easily done.

Love the Microsoft surface pen to go with my new Surface Pro 9. It’s amazing and couldn’t be happier.

Very nice pen for microsoft surface pro. It sticks to the sides magnetically and writes well even with palm on the screen. Battery included was very nice. Could be a bit skinner. Pen 2 is not circular and not really interested in that.

I was not interested in the surface pen until the sales person explained the features and it was on sale. I'm very glad I purchased it. It is great for drawing and accenting. Also being able to write with the pen and it types it for you is great. It was on sale also.

Design is cool, purchased with a surface book and love that this pen magnetizes to the side of the screen so I don’t lose it. I use the pen feature all the time because I am a math student and write out my math homework using the tablet mode and pen. A worthy addition to your laptop/tablet purchase.

My daughter loves this with her Surface 7 tablet. She uses it all the time for drawing and art. Still on first battery after 1.5 years.

a must have with any surface. the pen makes basic tasks so easy. really like the option to write on screen when you filling out forms, didnt know how handy that would actually be. also you can redirect the apps that open based on pen clicks which i really nice. just wish the extra tips were included

I really liked the surface pen but it has its issues. For me it manifested in the form of a noticeable offset in accuracy around the corners of the screen while writing. Almost every other line, I had to erase the last 1 or 2 words near the edges of the screen on the OneNote app. Drove me NUTS! For note taking, I believe Ipad Pro + Apple pencil are the best hands down. However, if you want to stick to the windows ecosystem (like me) and you want to mainly take notes, then WAIT for Microsoft to FIX THE BUG with the tilt sensor in the new surface pens. Until then, you will be happy with the Bamboo ink.

I love the apps and the compatibility it has with the software. The magnet does not stop the pen from falling off when you put the surface in your laptop bag or purse. Be careful you don’t lose it. Would be nice if there was a clip on option so it would stay on better. Love the color and use the pen frequently.

The pen works great with the surface pro 7 its a must have accessorie for the surface pro 7 its vary handy my only issue is its just so basic and way over priced thats my biggest issue was with the price overall its a nice accessory to have for the surface pro 7

Bought this pen for use in editing programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Spark, Illustrator, and Design, as well as architectural programs such as AutoCad and Rhino. Works great and is super easy to use. Battery operation allows for portable use where there are no charging ports.

Very good stylus. Fell very good to hold. The eraser feature in the top is very convenient.

My daugther use this pen to draw pictures. It works great, but quite expensive.

Very techy piece and I love it! I was not sure what to expect initially with the pen but I love the functionality and the fact that I could use it for many varied functions- I’m still getting to know and use the pen but an absolute yes for anyone interested!
