Love this pen...it work so well with my Surface Pro 3.

This is a quality stylus pen for the Surface Pro. The stylish blue color coordinates very well with the Surface Pro blue keyboard. The functionality is amazing as well. Overall a very sound purchase.

This pen is really good for writing and drawing. Responsive when used with tablet.

Everyone recommended purchasing the Surface Pen when buying the Surface Pro 4. I agree and advise making this purchase together with your Surface Pro purchase to take advantage of the $20.00 discount. You will definitely make use of this pen from simple screen navigation to note taking capabilities. Pen has a right click button and 3 functions programmable by clicking the top of the pen. It is easy to pair with your Surface Pro by simple holding down the top button for 5 seconds during set up. It has a replaceable AAA battery that is easy to access. The coolest thing is the ability to write notes or draw inside of applications. Great for a business or school setting and just for having fun!

The pen is nice to use. It is more precise than your finger. Very convent.

Don't settle for anything less, BUY THE ORIGINAL. You can buy cheaper styluses, but it doesn't COMPARE. If you want all the FUNCTIONALITY, you Just have to buy the Surface Pro Stylus.

For a product that is built for the surface Pro series this pen is way to overpriced to have the issues it does. After only having it a week or so it quit working. Another colleague had the same issue and he replaced the battery and it seemed to start working again. I on the other hand had to end up rebooting the surface pro and that seemed to fix my issues until the next week when it happened again. Then the reboot didn't even help. I removed the batter in the stylus and replaced the same battery back in and it worked. So, overall it works well with the surface pro when it is working. Just know that is has to many issues for a high dollar stylus.

Works well with surface pro 3. Got a great deal just after Christmas

Although I haven't found the need to use the pen very often, it does work very well with my Surface 3. The quality of workmanship is excellent. Highly recommended only if you need this pen's capability and functionality. For me, it is one of those " really nice to have but not absolutely essential".

I bought this to replace my original Surface Pen that came with my Surface Pro 4, which I misplaced. I enjoy this pen. It looks great and works seamlessly with my Surface Pro 4. I love the feel and weight of the pen in my hand.

Very easy to use. Very asy to pair or sync with tablets or phones.

As the Surface pen is an 'active' pen as it uses Bluetooth to connect to the Surface 3 or newer device. I only give it a 4 as I dislike that the side button default action is to open one note. One Note will let me draw and write, but once in one note, good luck getting it to move your note or drawing to any other program. The pen itself is really a nice piece. It has the feel and balance of a nice pen or pencil. Changing the tip gives one a different feel on the tablet. The different tips give the user increasing levels of drag which represent the feel of different lead hardness of a pencil or glide of a pen. Since the pen is easy to put down and then your child, cat or dog plays with it and you either end up not finding it for a while, or it gets destroyed, I bought this one as a backup.

Okay, so we already had several different models of Surface Pro's and their pens in the office. One died a horrible death in a backpack so we grabbed this one as a replacement. The color was nice because no one else had a cobalt colored pen yet, but the real kicker was all of the specialized nibs that come with the pen. We all use our surfaces for notes and light artwork, but the extra shapes and frictions have made that front a lot easier to manage. Definitely worth the cost of entry if you are replacing a pen, and probably worth it if you just want a neat color and the extra nibs without having to do a special order through M$FT.

I had to buy this because I broke the one that came with my Surface Book when trying to change the battery. The release mechanism didn't work and as a result I accidentally broke the pen. Otherwise, the pen works amazingly, and is the best digital writing/drawing implement I've ever tried.
