When used with the art software on the syrfave bro 4, makes everything so much easier and more diversified. The tips have a weak housing that can split and make the tip wobble to some degree. I also feel this should be included with the device (even if prices had to be raised a bit) as it is extremly usful.

I mounted my TV on the wall and needed a cable with a 90° bend at one end. I found it hard to find exactly what I wanted because of the way that the connector was inserted and how the cable would have to hang down. When I found this adapter with the 180° capability I knew I had the answer to my problem and I was right..

The pen is an interesting accessory with the Surface Pro 4. I mostly use it with Sticky Notes or in One Note for note taking. However, I sometimes find it very convenient as a mouse and pointer when working in apps and web sites that aren't well optized for touch. Also, I've occasionally used it to "edit" a web page. Those are all good things. A few things have been concerns, though nothing prohibitive. I did have to replace the original pen I bought because it quit working after less than a week. When writing the very short delay is noticable, but I wouldn't call it a problem or even inconvenient. The magnet for attaching it to the side of the Surface is stronger than you might expect, but I still fear I'll lose it eventually if I don't find a more secure way to keep the pen and Surface together. Finally, the "shortcut" button on the pen that is supposed to open apps on the Surface doesn't always open those apps. This may be an issue with the Surface/Windows rather than with the pen, but still it ought to be a more consistently working experience.

The surface pen is a pretty cool accessory for the surface 3. Granted, I do not use it as much as I use the keyboard but the feature of accessing OneNote with the click of the button is nice. It magnetically attaches to the surface and can be used like a mouse when web browsing. Also allows for note taking directly on the surface. Enhances the use of the surface beyond a simple tablet.

Would be better if it weren't so expensive! It is better that it magnetic.

The pen worked as advertised. However, the short coming is with OneNote software. There is no way to set line or grid format by default. It just shows up as a blank page which is no very useful for writing. Although you can set turn on line or grid for easier writing but there is no way to set it by default ... this is really dumb. Hope someone at Microsoft is listening.

I bought the pen because we use them for work, for the surface 3 tablets and it's a must have then it makes it so much easier filling out reports, a month or so later the pen stopped writing, the eraser button only worked, I tried taking it in to Best Buy to exchange it, and they refused saying its past the return date and said that I have to go through the Microsoft, they didn't offer any extended warranty with it at all, I contacted Microsoft via live chat, and they went through all the steps to try and fix it which I already tried before and none worked, so they decided it was best to send me a new one, which they did. Overall I like the pen but just like the keyboard Microsoft almost makes to where it's a must have, and it's super overpriced for the build quality and the functionality. It's basically a Bluetooth mouse in a pen

Haven't fully played with all the colors or gadgets but it's easy to use

Should be able to bring up note with flick of pen a full size note page

My daughter loves the pen. The pen works with the older model surface 3.
