Allows my multiple monitors

docking but doesn't give you a lot

It only has one video output jack, and I have had numerous issues with daisy chaining supposedly compatible DP 1.2 monitors to provide more than one display for the Surface. Also, there are times where it appears to be docked, but the connection doesn't fully engage and you have to redock for it to recognize the dock.

Docking Station is a good purchase

I have this station at work and use it every day. Drop my Surface in and I am ready to work. I have not needed to plug in my Surface at night because it is charging all day. The USB ports are great.
