The dock holds the screen up too high; it blocks the external monitor unless you put the monitor on top of something. It wasn't easy to use and eventually I gave up and returned it.

Got Microsoft involved and they couldn't figure out the problem either. Leave it to Microsoft to release a product without working out the kinks yet, and with the device not even being compatible, with the accessories that were made for it.

Separate cable to the monitor is required. This cable cost $40. So at the end of the day what do you get? Not much for the $200 plus the cost of a cable and separate keyboard. I was led to believe that I could use the same keyboard/mouse as my desktop uses. No luck.
