Was going back and forth between whether or not I wanted to spend the money and purchase a keyboard. I'm so glad that I did. I love that it doubles as a screen cover and it's sturdy.

Does take a little time to get used to since it is not exactly like the old keyboards. But once you get used to it it becomes very comfortable and easier to use than traditional ones.

What more can I say? This lightweight keyboard (which doubles as a fold-over cover for the Surface Pro 3) is a great accessory that converts the Surface into a full-purpose laptop. Nice!

Its a great key board, back-lit, fold-able and covers my device screen which provides some amount of protection. And why buy a surface pro if you are not going to buy this key board?

Actually - if you are considering buying a Surface Pro 3, just add this in to the purchase price. I cannot imagine owning the tablet without this; it is an excellent keyboard as well.

IMO, this is a must-have if you own a Surface 3. The only reason you'd get a Surface is to use it as both a tablet and a mobile laptop, and this is a must for that. I don't use it at my desk. I have another wireless mouse/keyboard combination for that since the type cover is a little tight. But for mobile use, it much more viable than iPad keyboard options I've seen, and its the cover as well. I personally like the colors as well...

Honestly, this type cover should be included with every surface and to sell it separately simply means that this should be one of your first purchases to complement your surface pro 3.

I bough this item for work a number of weeks ago and really like the portability of this item. I also purchased a keyboard for this and have not been happy with the quality of it.

i love this keyboard! surface pro keyboard can be a hassle...always tabbing back and forth between letters and numbers screens. if you are going to use as computer, get this keyboard!

I previously had my doubts about the surface keyboard since using my friends original version. I have to say this new version of a keyboard much nicer and easier to use then the other.

Works flawlessly with the Surface 3 Pro. Tried others but this one fits, protects and works as expected. Simple enough for exec's to use. Have over ten in use now, not one issue.

How can you not add a keyboard? This is an essential and I really like the touch. Much nicer than the funny (irritating to those around me) sound of the keyboard for the Surface RT.

Keyboard is crisp and responsive and seems very well engineered. Attachment is clever and works very well and the combination of keyboard and tablet is still a very compact system.

The keyboard is very easy to join to the Surface Pro 3 and use. The keys are back-lit which is very useful while using it in the evening. Definitely faster than the screen keyboard.

We have one of the first Surface models that came out and have the flat keyboard. The kids like this keyboard much better as it has a much better feel than the original one we have.

Overall this is an excellent addition to my Surface Pro. The touch sense for me is perfect. Have had some issues with the mouse pad response. The back lighting is helpful in dim rooms. Such an improvement over using my laptop.

Doesn't require much force when typing--which I love. The color goes nicely with the surface itself and it has a sort of soft-velvetly touch with a hint of rubber for stability.

I bought this to go with my new Surface so that I can use it as a laptop replacement when I've traveling. It works great and is much more comfortable to type on that I anticipated.

This has been very helpful for use as a keyboard and case. I love how easy it is to connect and disconnect. At times it loses its connectivity but it is easy enough to remove and replace so it's not more than a slight irritation.

The keyboard is superior to any ipad add on and gives good feedback for typing on the go. When docked I have a full keyboard and mouse set up but the surface cover keypad is great
