Bought for my surface pro 3 easy install , connected up easy no software to install ,yes I would recommend you buying one if you own a surface pro

This keyboard works great, but it should be said, this was a replacement. 1st keyboard was awesome and I know that sometimes you just get a bad one. I would still recommend this to anyone.

A must have for anybody that has or plans to buy a surface pro 3. It's an ok keyboard, keys are backlit so great for typing at night. Overpriced.

What a perfect addition to my Surface Pro 3! Turns my tablet into a laptop with great ease. no longer will lug my heavy laptop from class to class.

I read alot of reviews before I bought this keyboard. I liked that it was actually designed to go with the Surface Pro 2 and that certainly has its advantages. Many people didn't like the feel or the material of the keyboard started to wear off. I've had this for about 6 months now and I haven't had any of those issues. To be honest they had probably used it more than I have but I think it's an awesome set up ! I don't mind the loop on the side for my stylus pen...I'm just glad to have a place.to store it so I'm glad the loop came with it. I love the magnetic connection of the Surface and that there is an angle to the keyboard after you connect. I'm not sure if the generic ones do that. I can't comment too much on the TouchPad. I'm a mouse girl...so if I'm not using the stylus or the touch screen ,I'm using a mouse. The last thing is...if you catch Best Buy with an open box deal (which i did )or clearance you can get an amazing deal on things.like this ( I did !) I find when I get a great deal on something that's generally overpriced in my eyes... if there are some little things I dont like , they don't bother me quite as much. That being said....Very happy with this....one last thing...it's backlit..gotta have that !

The cover keyboard is a perfect match to the Surface Pro 3. The keyboard is light and the keys work well. It really makes your tablet a laptop!

As they were with the iPad the combo mildly protective cover and flap is great. If I have one detail that, I think MS could have fixed dozens of ways. The Stylus. Where do you put the stylus. Well the key pad cover comes with a sticky flap that you can use to adhere it to the cover, but what if I don't want to use the cover?? I don't see why a slightly more ergonomic stylus couldn't be stored in the Surface itself. MS you do that and you have a perfect 2 in 1. It's ok stick to the cover but if you do you have to be very care because the adhesive stinks. Mine came off in two days. I used the old gorilla glue and now is on the cover for good. I'd still like a better stylus.

Having the keyboard that just pops on makes the Surface Pro so easy to use and just flips back when you just want to use as a tablet. Love it!

WORKS REALLY WELL WITH MY SURFACE PRO 3 AND REALLY LOVE THE PURPLE COLOR. VERY EASY TO ATTACH TO COMPUTER AND EASY TO REMOVE WHEN I DON'T NEED IT.

This is a fully functioning keyboard. However the mouse is a little tricky at first. It also feels flimsy however it seems to be holding up just fine in the case I've put the tablet in.

As a speed typist, I prefer the magnetic keyboard rather than touch screen. This does the job well.

I purchased this to use with my Surface Pro 3. It's fabulous. Not only is it a great keyboard, but it makes an excellent protective cover.

Bought this to use with my Microsoft Surface Pro tablet. Works great - no complaints. Price is a little high and I wish it had come with the tablet otherwise would have given it 5 stars.

I take the tablet with the keyboard. Fits nicely while attached to the tablet. When using, it is a wonderful addition, allowing easy typing.

The keyboard is reasonably comfortable to use despite the smaller size. It is consistent and has the option of being more or less flat on the desk surface which is a plus for comfort.

I did not give it 5 stars because it has to purchased separate from Surface Pro. Keys feel good. Mouse pad works like a normal touch pad. The backlight on the keys is a cool feature too.

This was a gift from my husband. I love the color.. And it does works great. He got it for $80 on sale. Awesome deal for great keyboard!

it is just perfect fit the new surface tablet, protective cover is so good, response to tablet just like hard wire connected regular keyboard.

As I said on my review of the Pro 3, this is a must. I wish the buttons were a little more separated as I find myself sometimes hitting two at once when I'm really typing fast, but other than that its really really good. The touch pad, however, not so great in my opinion. While it has a decent sized space to use, it's just not as fluid as other touch pads. I wish it had the swipe in shortcut like other laptops do for Win 8, but that could be because the surface is a touchscreen so it's been disabled. I find myself having to tap it extra times to get it to select sometimes, but the left click and right click work just fine. All and all its not too bad.
