Easy to hook up and snaps together and is held by magnets. Easier to use than typing on the surface face.

The keyboard works great, but there seems to be an issue with the bottom right corner of the mousepad, so will get it taken care of with warranty.

Had to replace the keyboard for my surface as one or two keys were sticking. This new keyboard works awesome!

The concept of a detachable keyboard that also serves as a cover and is sturdy yet light and effective was amazing and nearly perfected. However, it is sometimes slow to pick up keystrokes and having the pen attached via a glue-on sleeve gets in the way and makes it feel cheaper than it truly is. I know they made improvements with the 2nd gen so it has served me well these past 2 years and have zero complaints.

This keyboard is easy to use on the Surface Pro 3. It also does not show dirt. A great cover and versatile.

I love this keyboard! Yes, it's worth saying twice, From the way that it clicks into place pretty much on its own to the feel of the keys to the backlighting on the keys, this keyboard turns the Surface from a cool tablet into a fully functioning computer. And it's purple! Doesn't get much better than that.

This makes using the Surface Pro 3 super easy. No major issues, just sometimes it doesn't get picked up on the computer but otherwise, Iove it.

The keyboard complements the surface pro very well. Serves as a cover / case too. You won't be disappointed.

This is an OK keyboard. The keys are well placed and the typing feeling is ok. The backlit is good to have. Bad: The bad part of this keyboard is that when you close it against the tablet, the magnet is not strong enough to keep it in that position. Also, the little sleeve that comes with it to store your pen is flimsy and it doesn't last long (it detached after just a few days of use). Overall, this is just an OK keyboard, overpriced for the quality and use.

Although this keyboard is limited for use with the Microsoft Surface Pro only, It is clearly one of the best detachable keyboards I have used. It is a nice size and very comfortable to use. These keyboards also come in many fun colors and attach with ease due to the magnetic connection Microsoft designed.

This is a must have product for any Surface Pro user! Minimal protection but sleek, light, and easy to use.

This is a great keyboard. Nice size, weight. It is backlit and works well. Better than the Type Cover 1 and II.
