This is the other half of my Surface Pro 3 purchase that sold me on the device. Being able to take advantage of such a portable yet comfortable keyboard with such well machined integration into the product package was the icing on the cake for the true tablet PC.

I bought this keyboard to go along with my Microsoft Surface Pro 3, and I love it. It attaches and detaches so easily via a magnet, and it is as light as air. I also like that is was available in so many colors.

Price is a little high, but its a nice keyboard. I think there are some quirky bugs but not sure if its the keyboard, the Surface or the bluetooth connection. Like that I can flip the keyboard and put it into sleep, or flip it to the back for tablet use.

This is a must have for any surface owner, love the backlit keyboard, the response of the touchpad is great, the only bad thing is the pen holder because the adhesive that is used you have a 50/50 chance of it falling off hence why I only have it 4 stars

The keyboard is very easy to type on and the movement and lights are great. The keyboard coupled with the stand on the back of the surface also make for very effective combinations of positions you can place it in. It costs way more then it should though.

I was disappointed to find out that the cover/keyboard did not come with the Surface Pro since all advertising shows the Surface Pro with it. But I am very happy with it. A bit costly, thus the 4 stars instead of 5 had it been included or less costly.

The keyboard is a must with the surface. It is back lit and folds up to allow for an angle or lies flat. Easy to connect with the magnetic docking and just as easy to disconnect. Love this keyboard.

I never had a problem with the keyboard. It's easy to connect and disconnect from the tablet, because of the magnetic strip. No setup required, it just hooks on and is ready to use. Love it.

I purchased the Surface pro along with the keyboard. I didn't think I would use the keyboard so much, however, the keyboard is a must. Very light weight and snaps onto the surface pro very easily.

I opted for the typepad over the touchpad as I actually felt like I was using a real keyboard with it. Love the color choices too, and that it attaches and detaches magnetically. Super convenient.

The keyboard is really cool. However the cheap thing to hold the pen fell off after 30 seconds. It would not stay on. I tried velcro but that would not stick to the fabric surface. Luckily I'm a crafter and had tacky glue and now it stays on.

Having the detachable keyboard is worth the money. Although this is pricey, it's much better than the software keyboard and really works well when trying to work on a plane. Very thin and light.

This is a "must buy" to get the most use out of a MS Surface Pro 3. Has a nice feel, the backlit keys are easy to see and the light dims and goes off automatically when not in use. Super easy to attach and unattach when you want to use the Surface Pro 3 as a tablet. Isn't particularly sturdy, but that helps keeps the entire two-piece set so lightweight. A tad awkward to use on your lap, but I've gotten used to it. The main issue is the cost, and the fact that it is already starting to show wear after only a month...hmmm. Love the purple color--go Western Carolina U!

The keyboard may not feel the same as your typical keyboard but I was surprised at how I didn't mind the difference in feel. The connecting functionality is so easy. You cannot beat the overall portability when you pair with the surface PRO 3.

love this keyboard, acts as protection for the tablet as well. Keys have nice resistance and is lightweight. Magnets slip into tablet easily. The only drawback is the loop for the pen, won't stick so i'm always making sure i don't lose the pen.

The keys have a little backlight to them to help in the dark. It's lightweight and doesn't add any bulk to my Surface Pro 3. Plus it acts as a good screen cover when my SP3 is not in use!

this new computer is so light, so easy to use SO FAST!!!! and the keyboard and pen make it even friendlier for those of us who like to type reports, emails the "old" way. Great products

I still think the cover cost too much, but it fits the surface well. You can flip it around, turn it into a tablet, or use it like a laptop. Still is a great complement with the surface

Best design out there for tablet keyboards. When you don't need it, you can flip back and on-screen virtually keyboard is activated automatically. Easy to type. Protects the screen well.

The keyboard works well. It functions just like a regular keyboard would. It is easy to use for my essays for school. I also like that it lights up so I can use it even when its dark.
