    The person that helped me on the phone had it sent to a store in another state instead of my home. Then after trying to get it re routed i spoke to several associates who couldn't figure it out. So disappointed in the service

    Excellent keyboard for use in the office. Not back lit so cannot use it in too many other situations.

    Arrived and there are two buttons on the keyboard that are not working. The Shipping was great, value was good but it doesn't matter because the product has a malfunction.

    not sensitive enough. If you don't pound on the key it wont register. It is also very loud like an old keyboard.

    it works! No complaints here. There were no surprises. It's a good keyboard and its compatible with the SurfacePro that I bought. I currently don't have the SurfacePro pen, but this keyboard has the charging holder so I can get a pen without any hassle if I want that sometime later.
