Went out exactly 1 day past a year. So of course warranty had expired the day before. Just stopped working out of no where

Had to replace this keyboard because my old one stopped functioning. Just stopped working for no reason. Expensive replacement. Happy there was a Best Buy in rural Wisconsin to replace. Thanks Microsoft, poor quality item once again.

wish the keys were higher. I find higher raised keys are just easier for fingers and sustained use.

I can only give it 3 stars honestly because it was the wrong keyboard for my Pro and had to return it for a refund and was not able to give it a run.

Cool pad, great color, design and texture overall!

The alcantara material feels weird to me, but that could be a personal thing. I suggest trying one in the store before getting one. It works fine. I'm taking one star off just for the price. I think it's a bit ridiculous that the Surface, the keyboard, the stylus, and the dock need to all be purchased separately and cost a ton of money.

Quick and easy to use nice and solid flow of the keys

Broke after just after a little over a year. I do not abuse this keyboard in anyway. I feel like for the price it should last much longer under normal wear and tear circumstances. First the pen charger went out and then the next day the keyboard stopped working.

Hands down the best keyboard I've used on a tablet/computer device. Better than Logitech keyboards for the iPad or the Magic Keyboard. Trackpad, while not the largest, is one of the best.

I love this keyboard and would never think about using any other keyboard with this computer, it the table mode. I actually have the surface dock and us the computer like a desktop with a wireless keyboard and 21" monitor.

Great keyboard to pair with a Surface Pro 8. Has the charging well for the pen and has a good feel when using it. I like that the keys are backlit.

The keyboard that I bought my wife for Christmas is wonderful. She has been using it all morning since she opened her gift. Thanks to Best Buy's great pricing, I was able to buy it for her!

We had to get a replacement after about a year. I opened the broken one and it becomes apparent that Microsoft has a design flaw: the pen charging bay is a made from metal with sharp edges, essentially cutting the protection and eventually flat cables inside the keyboard over time, especially when used in the angled position. If you still can, get the one without the pen tray.

Bought it for my wife. She loves the thing. She’s on her surface more than her Omen laptop now. It also work with the hard cover on her surface.

Have bought 2 of these in the past 2-3 years and they do not last more than a year. My wife frequently needs this for her tablet, so having to essentially “throw away” 120$ for something that last maybe a year is frustrating.

Its a keyboard, it works, but it’s really annoying that it isn’t backlight. Super hard to type at night and shouldve been included for that price.

It’s good! I just think it should come with the surface pro since both items are expensive already. However, the keyboard attaches so easily it’s great.

Didn't seem to charge my poem so the time. Nice material though. I had forgotten that the return policy is only 14 days so i was stuck with the keyboard.
