Protects the screen of computer well during transport/storage. Only thing that doesn't work as well as it could is the mousepad when I go to click--seems like it takes more force than it should to click sometimes, and with it being such a thin keyboard, it feels like I need to be more gentle.

The alcantara isn't "fancy", but it does have a nice look and smooth texture. I wouldn't pay full price for it, but if you can find one on sale or Open Box, I think you'll be happy.

Its great to have a detachable keyboard rather then the 2 in one that are heavy n bulky. Once ypu go Mac you DO go Surface Pro. What i do not like is you can not double tap to drag like the Mac...

Thin and Almost Wonderful

I don't like how quickly there are wear patterns on the sides from where my husband rested his wrists while writing for a weekend... I probably would have e gone with a different one, more for looks then function.
