All the functions of a normal keyboard plus the keys light up so low light levels don't affect my ability to write.

This keyboard does not have any issues keep up and my only problem is the I keep hitting the touch pad with my thumbs and I have not figured out if there are 'buttons' within the touch pad like the mouse buttons.

This is for my new surface 6 but I still work with a Surface 4 for work with 0 issues so far.

I was surprised at how quickly I got used to the smaller size. The only negative is if its in your lap the mouse pad can be a little tricky on the clicking area at the bottom.
