I was able to find one in stock at my local Best Buy store. The customer support staff was very helpful in locating this item and made sure it was the correct replacement item for my needs. When I returned home it was easy to replace the broke item with this replacement. It worked immediately which allowed me to return to working on my Microsoft Surface Pro.

The only hit is that the trackpad is fairly small. Combo this with the arc mouse and you have the perfect on the go setup.
