The type cover also has great sensitivity touch pad. Really, it's the only way to go with any Surface table/laptop. We warned that there are no function keys, though.

It’s very similar to the keyboard I use the most in my life. Love the surface, typing is a breeze. I actually like it better than my Apple IPad Pro keyboard. The color matches lots of thing in my office. The feel is very nice. I would buy again.

I am very happy with my purchase. I do, however, worry about the durability of the keyboard. So far it has remained durable, but time will tell if the material the keyboard is made of will stand the test of time.

It turns it into a full fledged laptop. The alacantra seems like it might be hard to take care of but Microsoft includes instructions in the box. The typing experience is one of the best on any portable.
