But I started having problems with the touchpad. It appears since the bottom is not hard, it’s allowed to move around too much within it and will freeze and stop working now. I have to play with it to get it to work. It’s very frustrating.

I am slightly annoyed however that the sales associate I dealt with misled me to believe this was the only keyboard I could get for my Surface Pro 6, but I should have been more thorough in my own research. I don’t really like the texture of the keyboard and I wanted a black keyboard, but honestly like I said... it does the job.

Out of the box the trackpad doesn’t work. I know I can just exchange but what will be wrong with the next one? I will not be buying Microsoft when it’s time to upgrade my tablet/laptop.
