So I took it into get repair and was told it would take approx 3-4 weeks to replace it. The Agent Ivan updated my address in the system and told me that it is correct. He printed out the service order receipt and it still had my old address. He told me that it takes up to an hour to change in the system and that it doesnt really matter because all repairs come directly to the store not the customers home. I tracked the repair on www.bestbuy.com and it still reads: "Shipped/ in transit" and the UPS tracking says delivered to front door. Another Agent online told me to go to the store and pick it up and that it has been successfully delivered. Now I'm just finding out it was delivered to our old address. I am starting a new job next week and now I have a missing laptop and no one is taking ownership of the mistake. I just want my laptop back or please replace it immediately. Thank you!
