Half the time it wont click or it right clicks instead of left clicks and vis versa. The other half of the time it works perfectly . Contemplating returning just for that reason. Would give 5 out of 5 stars if the trackpad would work properly 100% of the time

mouse disappears all the time

The keys have always worked on all three of my surface pro computers however on two of the three the mouse will drive you crazy. I have to shut the computer to find the mouse, it seems every 5 minutes. Kills your processing time. External mouse is the only way to process fast.

Bad keyboard

The lower row of keys on the left side only worked if you held down the key. The same for the return key. Now, none of the keys worked. I have only had the keyboard for a month, which now is outside the return window. In addition, these keyboards are sold out all over the place. Even checked where I was going on vacation if they had any in stock. Very disappointed.

Love Disappointed

Sooo happy when it all came and soooo disappointed when we tried to set it up which went fairly well until we came to setting it for wifi use....after finally locating the security number for wifi, the keyboard refused to enter the letter! First 3 numbers were okay but then a letter stopped the whole process. I was also shocked to feel the heat that had built up in the screen when we were taking everything apart. I returned everything for full refund, and haven't had the heart to even try another laptop.
