It is clean and works smooth. This was a replacement and my previous one lasted 6 years

I previously owned a surface pro 3 when it debuted. This is similar but has backlighting. The keys are just right for response and the trackpad is accurate and easy to use. Must have for a Surface Pro, it shouldn't even be considered an "accessory"

This keyboard is so great and easy to use. My children use it with ease. I’m able to detach it from my Microsoft Pro with use and use the touchscreen monitor.

The Surface keyboard helps enhance the working experience with a mouse pad and keyboard. It works well, but I was forced to by a new one when I spilled some coffee on my old one. This keyboard is not the slightest resistant to minor spills. Despite a minor spill, quick cleanup and a dry cycle from compressed air cans, I still lost 6 keys. This keyboard works well, but it's not water resistant at all, despite it functioning as an overall protective cov er.

Do what is supposed to do. I didn’t know I have to buy it separately. Next time let customers know that little detail.

The keyboard keys light up and you can choose to turn it off. You are also able to use the keyboard as a stand. Lightweight and portable!

Quick replacement for our HS senior after a coffee spill. Glad BB had them on the shelf to grab before school started back.

This product serves as both a keyboard and a tablet cover. I love this keyboard and could not imagine school without it.

The unit I purchased this keyboard as "Open Box". It was well worth the discounted price with minor cosmetic damage only. I was very pleased to see that it was backlit. As I use my Surface Pro in varying conditions, the backlighting is a big plus. The downside for me is that the touch pad is too sensitive and until I disabled some of its features, I was constantly activating links that I was not interested in. With the adjustment I can move around on pages without these unexpected problems.

The keyboard works great, looks great, and fit nicely to the surface pro. While you can use surface pro without keyboard the keyboard is almost a must have.

I really recommend this product if you buy Microsoft proof covers the tablet and also you can type easily like a keyboard.

It works perfectly with my Surface Pro 6, no complaints so far. I like the flexibility and size, it is convenient for the times that I need to use it.

The type cover is a must for the surface laptop. The keys are easy to use and provides great screen cover for the laptop.

Love everything about my Microsoft Pro Signature key board....except.....it gets dirty VERY easily, even if keeping in its own zipped up case with my laptop, due to the type of material its made of. I understand it may look a little more "top of the line", which I think is what Microsoft was aiming for, BUT when you pull out a really nice brand new Microsoft Pro 7 with its very sleek modern features that make heads turn when pulling it out of its case at a business meeting.....but then you have to use a dirty keyboard that looks like you had it for 10 years....it makes you embarrassed to use it in front of others. But, I just bought this keyboard and dont want to spend almost $200 getting another one.

Very good accessory to have. A must if doing school work on your surface.

I was a little upset that my new Surface Pro didn't come with a keyboard, so I didn't have much of a choice but to buy this one. I wish these were a bit more durable, but nonetheless, they're okay.

Having one piece be the cover and a keyboard makes things easy, and the extra piece on the back allowing the computer to rest at various angles is great

Good response time very comfortable to type with. No lag with the track pad. Able to sit by itself without it falling over.
