Absolute must if you own the Surface-pro, do not purchase without ait.

Purchased as a grad gift. Came w everything one needs and we purchased keyboard separate to make complete. Loves it and nice to type on

Overall it’s a great keyboard for the surface pro. It would be really nice if they went ahead and included it with the tablet.

The keyboard for the surface pro 4 is very good. I have no complaints. The one I received was for the Surface Pro 5, but it works great on the 4.

I purchased four of these to go along with Microsoft Surface Pro’s, they allow those units to “feel” like a traditional laptop when needed.

Perfect companion for the surface pro. Keys give just the right amount of resistance and provide plenty of space.

I like the feel of the keyboard, both the keys and how far they depress, as well as the overall feel of the Alcantara. Is it enough to justify an extra $60? No, but you can often find it down to around $120 and then the price isn't as hard to swallow. In the end I returned it because I chose the platinum color instead. The burgundy was a little closer to mauve in my eyes.

This is a must have for someone with a Surface! It is built well and helps you use the surface as a laptop!

I've had a few of these, they always work great. They aren't the most durable things in the world, but they are great while they last!

This is a great and slim keyboard. It also helps protect the surface main face and love the easy magnetic snap.

I really like this new keyboard. It feels really nice and when typing it feels like a real keyboard not like those cheap keyboards you add to a tablet.

I bought this keyboard to go with my Surface Pro 6 because I really still prefer a keyboard. It attaches easily and and works great.

So this product is sold separately. It's not necessary if you buy the pen also sold separately. The keyboard attached easily as it is magnetic. The back of the keyboard is used as a cover over the screen. Only issue is if you have a protector the keyboard will not attach to remain on the device.
