Great add-on for a Surface

The magnets pulled it up to the machine like they both wanted to be together ;-) We bought some cheap ones to go with other Surfaces we've had and weren't entirely happy with them. This one works great with the Surface-decent key action, touch pad works well. I'm very glad I got this.

The reason I bought it was because I did not know that the Microsoft surface pro comes with the type cover. This is bc the name is a tad confusing. So now I hope people see this review and don’t accidentally buy one. The great thing was the return process was haste free and I was able to replace my item easily.

Nice typing experience

To be honest, I never thought the typing experience on a keyboard like this could be that good. The keys are well spaced. They have a decent amount of key travel and the weight of the keys is just right. In addition, the trackpad on this is probably the best in class for windows devices. It is smooth and accurate.
