I can't compare to other versions but I love that it comes off and snaps on super essy

nice setup easy to install and pull apart quality built haven't has one go bad on me yet buttons feel good yes i will be buying more

Great addition to the Microsoft Surface! It is super sensitive and moves at my pace in regards to typing on the Surface. I don't know if I would own a Surface, if I didn’t have the keyboard to go along with it.

typing on this beats my macbook. Trackpad is great. It's on the keyboard 90% of the time. Is it lapable? To an extent, but not like an aluminum laptop would be. But it protects your screen, has a winning trackpad and keys are great. I couldn't imagine using anything else with a surface daily. A little expensive, but so was dating my ex. I regret nothing. Alcantara feels nice. I'm a little confused about how to clean it though. Rubbing the felt reminds me of when my voice was changing.

This is a must have for a surface device. Excellent quality and materials. This price is however extremely high for what it is.

Like that it perfectly covers screen of Surface Pro, its very slim so even with keyboard/cover it is very easy to store my Surface Pro, keyboard is a little small but you get used to it. Like the underlighting of keys.

Good replacement for the original. Wish they held the corners better but good oem replacement for the original. Try to catch the sales.

This keyboard/screen cover is a must have with the Surface Pro. It adds to the ease of use and definitely protects the screen when travelling.

Love it for its ... . sleek design . full size and backlit keys . responsive trackpad . Alcantara feel . dual role as a keyboard and screen cover I type hard and fast. I type like crazy (writing essays) and remember many keyboard commands instead of using the mouse. The Type Cover for my SP4 has served me well for a few years. Based on my initial feel for this slightly redesigned SP7 Type Cover (for a couple of months), I like it and have faith that it will serve me well for the years to come.

I honestly only have to use this when there is dom weird nuance in tablet mode such as changing location in a video or selecting things on a webpage. I’m sure other people will use it more frequently but Microsoft sort of forces you to buy it. Otherwise it’s like a hotdog without a bun. Get the cheapest one you can possibly purchase
