Perfect in every way. I was surprised how easy this is to use given its small size. Best laptop keyboard I have ever used.

Good typing feel, excellent illumination of keys. Keys illuminate only when typing and the illumination is turned on. Very little bleed of light around keys. Do wish it had one key for display brightness on one of the function keys instead of having to use fn + del to increase brightness or fn + backspace to decrease brighness. Not intuitive for me. Love the way the keyboard snaps to connect to the tablet. Have had no problems with the tablet recognizing the keyboard after connected.

Pro4 is much better than Pro3. Don't buy Pro3 k/b anymore.

I love this keyboard. It surpasses the previous surface pro type cover that released with the surface pro 3 originally. At the time I purchased this, it was to replace my old pro 3 keyboard which started having issues. Buying this keyboard as well as upgrading to Win10 made it feel like I just bought a new surface tablet again. The keys and input are very nice and I've had no issue with it so far. The mouse pad is very responsive and I also have not had any issue thus far. I highly recommend this product.

I'm glad I got the red keyboard for the surface pro, it's very handy to have with the surface pro. I should mention this keyboard does not have the finger print scanner so if you want the scanner get a different keyboard

This was a replacement for my original Surface Keyboard that was less than 1 year old but out of warranty. Shortest amount of time I ever had a keyboard - I have several wireless Logitech's that have lasted years. I recommend it below only because there is no other choice for travel if you want a keyboard.

Easy install, easy to use. Not much to it really, but it does the job. Keyboard is nice.

This is an excellent change from the surface 3 to the 4. Trackpad seems more responsive. Keyboard fits fingers better. Not as much jump when you type (keyboard jump). My typing is very fast as the feel is one of a desktop keyboard. The only drawback is now and then it becomes unresponsive and you have to disconnect and ensure a better connection. I've tasted this on a surface pad 3 and it works. Didn't test it out extensively though, so not sure if all inputs would be received for the surface 3.

Necessary accessory. The keyboard has just the right touch. Is very light and compact. Fits nicely into the computer profile

Look: pretty much the same as previous model. Feel: buttons make it more realistic. Same weight. Easier attachment to tablet. Cost: should be cheaper. Cons: sometimes I accidentally press the buttons.

Love the raised keys and its a better lighted keyboard

I love the keyboard because it's so easy to just clip onto my surface pro and immediately start my notes. The only issue I've had is that if you aren't careful, you'll make the mistake of grabbing the keyboard instead of the tablet and it'll disconnect and you'll hear the tablet crash to the floor! My mistake, though lol. I would recommend the keyboard because it is a lot easier to access everything you need and it's quicker to type with the keyboard then it is to use the keys on the tablet.

Love the magnetic attachment to the surface. It's lightweight and a joy to type on

This is very similar to the keyboard l had on my old Surface, but the connection is better and I like deep red color.

good keyboard, but no match for the macbooks trackpad.
