This keyboard snaps in really easily. I would recommend the darker colors because the lighter colors show dirt a little more if the cover is your main screen protection.

This product is a definite must when purchasing your surface. Easy to type on and very stylish.

Great for beginners...I'm a beginner and really enjoying using the Surface Pro 4 keyboard pad.

I hate that you can buy an identical off brand one for 1/3 of the cost but held hostage by Microsoft if you buy in store and since I am in the middle of finals I couldn’t wait for mail order because my dumb bulldog decided the keys would fit so nicely in his mouth.

It acts and feels like a regular keyboard. It does not have the keypad but it wouldn't fit anyway. The intermittant problem is that sometimes the keyboard doesn't work. More of an inconvenience than anything. To get it working again you need to remove it from the tablet and then it sometimes will start working again. If it still doesn't work you will have to do a restart and that will fix the problem. When it does work it is an excellent keyboard. This version is much improved over the first one that came out. Not to be overlooked is a nice feature. That is you can adjust the light intensity to suit your needs.

This keyboard is much better than the older one. It's a mandatory accessory for your surface.

I have a Surface Pro 3 which I purchased with a type cover a couple years ago. Unfortunately, in the course of my travels I ended up breaking my type cover and needing a replacement. I was somewhat excited about this, as I heard the new type cover had some improvements. In particular, the trackpad is larger, and the keys themselves have been redesigned (more spaced out, nicer feeling action). I already liked the old type cover, but this one really makes the Surface feel like a regular laptop. It is a must have accessory for any Surface user, and definitely worth the upgrade if you are still using the older model.

I bought the Surface Pro Type Cover expecting to be disappointed--I assumed it would be flimsy and the keys would not be conducive to typing. Turns out the cover was not flimsy and the keys on the keyboard work very well. I also expected to need an external mouse. However the track pad has also worked well allowing me to free up the USB port. All in all, very pleased. BTW--the person I was dealing with at Best Buy actually took the time to do some price research online and was able to match a very reasonable price for this item. Short version--very pleased with the product and with Best Buy on this purchase.

This keyboard and cover works great with the Surface computer. My wife loves the convenience.

Great keyboard , very comfortable, awesome magnetic connection, protects the Surface's screen. Don't think twice due to the price, just buy it and you will be glad you did

What an improvement from the previous type cover! The space between the keys alone has made a clear difference in my typing. I am having a fewer mistakes and that is saved time. The touchpad is on a whole new level. Responsive, incredibly responsive, feels much better, just great.

This keyboard is very good. It's sturdy, easy to use, and made very well. It doesn't need a table, it sits perfectly on your lap and balances the surface very well.

I bought two of these for my boys after they got their Surface Pro and they couldn't be happier with this keyboard. It's light weight and easy to attach and remove.

If you are planning to use the Surface Pro 4 as a laptop, this accessory is a great one to add. They come in a few different colors. The back lit keyboard makes it easy to see in low lit areas and it is thin so it does not add much to the Surface when you want to pack it away.

Chiclet keys and a better touchpad. The software still leaves much to be desired, however.

This is definitely a great cover and keyboard in one. It allows the ease of a tablet to transition to the functionality of a laptop. And it protects them all.

If you are looking to buy a surface pro, you must get this keyboard regardless of the color. It types just like a regular keyboard and protects the surface very well

Performs well, for me it was a must-have as writing long documents is quite a pain with the on-screen keyboard. Couldn't be easier to use adn remove when necessary.

I love this keypad not only for the ease of use but it also protects my Surface Pro 4 computer screen from getting damaged!! I would highly recommend this product!!
