Very functional. Snaps into place very easily and removes just as easy. It's slim and also provides a good cover for the screen when folded.

Its awesome to have, makes it feel like a real computer, but still the ease of a tablet. It also is nice to keep the screen a little more protected

It's like buying a car without wheels. Sure, you can sit in the car and look at the scenery, but the wheels add soooo much more. Get the cover for your Surface. .... Sure, Microsoft should include it for free, but they don't, right? So buy it.

Have always used the type covers with my Surface products. This is a little better than the keyboard for my original Surface, since the keys are spaced farther apart. Only complaint is that the touchpad is really sensitive, but not a big deal.

This is the only keyboard I would use for my Surface Pro. If you want to be productive on you Surface, you need this. It really seems like a wired keyboard because it is very responsive and available right away. There were a few times early on that I did some combinations of things that caused the keyboard to stop being recognized. This may have been fixed with a driver update, because it hasn't been a problem since. The touch pad is better than any laptop I have had I like the click functionality and the feel seems responsive and natural.

Must have to go with surface pro 4. Although I use the pen a lot I also like using the keyboard. The keyboard has a nice feel to it. The mouse pad works well without the annoying sudden change of cursor position that I had on my old laptop.

I enjoyed my previous Surface Pro Type Cover, but it had one major flaw that annoyed me: the lack of full volume controls. This new Type Cover brings it back and and improves the trackpad, which I found to be too small in the previous version. Key travel also feels a little better. Although I wasn't keen on buying another keyboard, I am very happy with this one.

I'm enjoying my tablet but love have the use of a real keyboard when writing my papers - works well and does the trick, light weight also.

Love the convience of this keyboard with my pro 4 surface. Works great! The extra protection when folded is an awesome benefit.

I like using this because it can be easier than trying to do it on the touch screen on the surface. And also great that it doubles as a cover

This type cover is great to convert the SP4 into a mid-level laptop.

Nice upgrade to the previous keyboard. Larger size and responsiveness of trackpad alone make it easier to use as a notebook computer. A lot quieter than the previous version as well.

If you are thinking of a Surface Pro 4, don't think without this.

I like this product and highly recommend. It snaps on very well and doesn't fall off. Very responcive as well. The feel of the keys feel great. Not very heavy and looks very attractive. I'm very glad I purchased it.

This color is awesome. Very easy to use. Set up is as simple as just attaching it to your surface. Has a strong magnetic attachment.
