This is a great keyboard that connects easily and is light

Excellent quality keyboard. Does NOT feel like cheap plastic. Keys are sturdy, and feels like a "desktop" keyboard. Great Product.

Great keyboard for the Surface!!! Very easy to use!!!!

Wayyyyy better than the last generation. Goes hand in hand with the surface. A must need accessory. Back lit keys and everything!

I purchased this keyboard with a Surface Pro 4, and I am very happy with it. The keys on this version of the keyboard are exceptionally better than the previous version (Surface Pro 3 generation). The blue is a nice change from the black I had before. If I had to make the decision to purchase this keyboard again, I definitely would.

easily attaches very light and easy to use for a portable

This keyboard is a must have if you own a surface. The keyboard keys feel great and with the Surface's kickstand it works great in almost any position or situation. My only concern is with the felt-like material and keeping it clean. For that reason I got the black cover though after a few weeks with it, it doesn't seem to be an issue.

Tried both the SP3 and SP4 Type Cover. The SP4 Type Cover is better because the keys are spaced out more making it easier to use.

Very easy to use when needed and very lite weight too

I purchased this keyboard along w/an Surface Pro4 expecting it (the keyboard) to be only moderately useful - basically as a cover and for times when I didn't either have a more preferred external keyboard or was going to use the on-screen keyboard. I'm pleasantly surprised, and happy to share, that the Type cover is actually a pretty good keyboard. I haven't had any issue with missed letters, keyspacing, or impact to battery life. The key backlighting is also very good!

When I first got my Surface I cheaped out and purchase a cheaper brand Key board. It worked at first fine but then cheap happens. No issues with this keyboard. Though I do wonder why they don't have a spot for the pen. When traveling the pen comes off the surface. Wish the Key board had a loop to secure the pen.

This Microsoft pro 4 is great I would recommend it to anyone I carry it all the time. I would recommend this to all my friends!!

I have my Surface pro 4 for about 3 months before I bought this keyboard. I thought the pro 4 was great but once I had this it took it to another level. I love the fact that you don't have to worry about changing it. It's always ready to go. The one downfall is that with the keyboard on it a little uncomfortable in your lap.

A great genuine product and is a must have if you purchase the Surface and especially if you are replacing your laptop with it.

I wasn't fortunate to get surface pro with the keyboard. When I saw the price of them I was like wow. But they are so worth it! I have a MacBook Pro and it's very comparable to the keyboard on that. In fact I feel like I type faster on my surface then I do my MacBook. That's a lot for a state champion in computing/typing.

The typing is great. Keys are backlit. And they have a normal weight/snap back. It feels like some apple desktop keyboards I have used which is nice. I really think that the touchpad needs some revision. Right and left clicking on the bottom of the pad don't always happen when they would with a normal keypad and then the cursor floats away. The thing that is most important to me is that they would add a scrolling function on the touch pad like my old Lenovo laptop had on the right hand side.

I love the color and it works great with my surface Pro.

Love this keyboard. So much easier to use and way less hitting of "extra" keys while typing compared to the previous keyboard.

It is a good case that protects as well as helps to have a additional typing assistance. Covers surface so that it stays clean
