Bought a Surface Pro 3 in July 2015 which I use to write reports for my business. In October of 2016 the a few of the keys started failing where I would have to press the key 2-10 times to get it to function. I reviewed what was available on line and as always ended up at Best Buy. The newer keyboard has the keys spread further apart making them seem slightly more raised and definitely helps reduce the number of times the adjacent key is mistakenly used. The previous model has a holder for a mouse pen which was convenient if you A) Use a mouse pen and B) have the computer somewhat stationary. I do property inspections, sometimes 3 a day and my machine is all over the place and the pen fell out of the holder a few times. I really like the new board layout and feel. Hopefully the keys hold up a little longer than the last one.

This keyboard felt like a real keyboard rather than just a flat mat. And it seems to protects the device adequately. Wish it had come in more colors.

The keyboard for the Surface 4 feels much more natural. I have used the Surface 1 in the past and the keyboard was not that comfortable to type anything more than a short paragraph. The new keyboards are much better and feel much more improved. It still can't beat a true keyboard if you compare this to a laptop but I fee it is for sure worth of the 4 star rating.

The open box was advertised as new and it was! almost 40 off for a new keyboard cannot beat that deal. The Keyboard works perfect and once you get use to the slight smaller profile, you will be typing along like on a desk top or laptop

The Microsoft keyboard seamlessly magnetically fits on the Microsoft Surface Pro 4, and works well with it. The only complaint I can come up with is that it can get dirty and it is not so easy to get clean. Otherwise, as a project, great.

Simple great fit stylish cover for the Surface Pro, the keys are backlit for added convenience, the construction appears to be very durable, this was purchased for my son in college, so I think time will be the real tell for this product.

Love how the keyboard automatically clicks right into place. The lights make it easier to see and it protects my screen. When I do not need it, very easy to unattach and move on quickly.

Excellent keyboard cover has a comfortable amount of key travel.

This keyboard is so much better than the Surface Pro 3 keyboard using the same SP3 is like working on a different computer. The keys are softer and there is no irritating sound when using it. I have an sP4 keyboard on both my SP3s.

Great keyboard! i can touch type on it, which is why to get a keyboard. I do a lot of journaling on this little machine, and the feel of the keyboard is great - i can watch tv while writing... and the top is almost a suede feel. nice.

I am enjoying this keyboard with my Surface Pro. It types great and has no issues. It also provides a glow for when I decide to work in a low lite place. I also enjoy the color choice of this purchase because having that option is always good.

Works great! The keys respond quite well and the mouse pad is very smooth.

The best portable keyboard. Thin enough to make your slim device remains slim, firm so you do not think that you are going to break it and fully functional. Did I mention that the mouse touch pad is the best I have ever used on any device.
