I bought the dark blue since MS did not make the cover in purple for the Surface Pro 4 (it was offered for the SP 3). The keys light up, so the contrast is very good. I am pleased that I selected this cover/keyboard.

It may seem odd that a simple change, like having the keyboard actually lift and click into an angle, would make a big difference...but it does. I am very impressed with the comfort and function of this keyboard.

This is such a nice key board, my co-worker has that Surface 3 along with last years model key board. I tried it and I did not like his key board at all. When he tried my new key board he went out and purchased one.

I would recommend this key board , it fit perfectly and it works just like a regular key board helps me keep the screen clean!

This Type Cover keyboard with touchpad mouse is a must have for a Surface Pro. If you're going to be typing a lot, such as writing documents, you'll want to be using this instead of using the onscreen keyboard.

Bought this for my Surface Pro 4. Love that it's magnetic and immediately connects. Also, I'm happy that the material of the keyboard won't scratch the tablet. A little pricey, but very satisfied with purchase.

Did my research before purchasing. I knew this is what I wanted. It works great! I like that it's lightweight and doubles as a screen cover. Also, I got in on sale for $30 cheaper than I saw everywhere else!!

The touch on this keyboard is amazing. I love the way it simply connects magnetically to my Surface Pro making it quick and stressless to go back and fourth from keyboard to tablet use. Color choices are great!

Its definitely not the same as using a normal laptop keyboard, but it gets the job done just fine for normal day to day use.

This is a must have if using for work or school. Great advantage over other tablets. Works as well as any computer keyboard on the market. I love the lighted keys and when folded up it will protect the tablet screen.

Bought this with the Surface Pro. It's great. I'm Mac-based and this is nicer than the keyboard I bought to go with my iPad Pro 12.9. Microsoft did a good job here. It handles and feels very Apple-inspired.

The surface keyboard is essential for the surface pro to function as a laptop replacement. The keys are a joy to type on and the keyboard folds up to protect the screen when the surface pro is not in use.
