Since purchasing the Surface Pro I have returned it 3 times and have been given a new one. The first one froze, the second one would not turn on and had an issue with the pixels and now the third one is periodically not turning on. I would not recommend this product.

The only bad thing is that it gets dirty very fast.

This keyboard does not light up like another model and is hard to see in dark rooms or poorly lit locations. I have also noticed it stops working occasionally and has to be pulled from the Surface and reconnected to make it work.

I ONLY USED MY MICROSOFT SURFACE FOR BACK UP TO MY MAIN COMPUTER AND WORK COMPUTER. I PROBABLY USED IT LESS THAN 50 TIMES IN UNDER A YEAR. AS SOON AS THE WARRANTY ENDED I STARTED HAVING THE SCREEN FLICKER AND MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO USE. IT HAS SLOWLY GOTTEN WORSE THAT MAKES IT FRUSTRATING AND CLOSE TO IMPOSSIBLE TO DO ANYTHING ON IT. I SPEND $1100 FOR A PIECE OF JUNK. DURING MY RESEARCH ONLINE I SEE I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH THIS ISSUE. IT SEEMS TO BE VERY COMMON THAT THE SURFACE PRO 4 IS HAVING FLICKERING/SCRAMBLING SCREENS. MICROSOFT FIX IS TO REPLACE IT FOR $450 WITH A REFURBISHED ONE. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I have no problems with the current keyboard, however, I had to replace the original after 8 months of usage. This is a downfall to surface pro, the keyboards do not last.

I don't know rather it's the surface pro or the keyboard but after replacing my surface 2 months ago it's not begun disconnecting and the back light is unresponsive

I just upgraded to this keyboard from the original model that I got with my Surface 3 Pro a year ago. It is worth every penny. The new key spacing is much more comfortable, the feel of the keys is excellent, and the track pad is a vast improvement over the old one. Prior to making the purchase, I compared the keyboard with the new Surface Book on display in the store; it's basically the same.

This product itself was good however, I did not like the surface pro4 that goes along with it

Replaced old one due to mouse pad and having to BANG it to get it to work. Still seem to have the same issue, but not as bad.

Comfortable and easy to use and would recommend the Surface Pro cover.

This is my first purchase at Best Buy in my last because this keyboard was broke at about three weeks and I tried to get it replaced and Best Buy sent me to Microsoft who also won't replace it after 30 days so now I'm stuck with a brand-new keyboard that does not work give me some advice please

I really like the aesthetics of the keyboard unfortunately the felt picks up dirt and is tough to clean.

Pairs well with the Surface pro 4. Make it easy to in put data.

Had to return this product twice due to various reasons which included a blurred half screen.

The keyboard is larger than the screen even after I checked it wasn't a surface 4 keyboard.

I had problems with it only after a few months using it.

Some Key boards buttons fell off and i need replacement

I had to replace the keyboard in less than one year.

I was told by a Employee that this would work with the Surface pro 3, not so. Brought in to customer service and they confirmed it wouldn't work.

It does not work with the computer. I have been to the store and they exchanged the MS Surface Pro 4. The keyboard when connected does not work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want a refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
