The keyboard was acting up. Took it in since we bought the GSP. Only to find out it is not covered. I guess I now know I need to ask what is and what is not covered when purchasing the GSP.

Sometimes the keystroke is registered, sometimes it is not. I am often times having to backspace to add the characters that are not registered. Touchpad response sucks equally. After ~1 month of ownership the touchpad has worn out and does not "click" properly - it remains depressed and does not release. I have to lift the keyboard and press on the bottom of the cover to release the touchpad and hope I can get another left click or two before it happens again.
