Pretty basic product. Works exactly as expected. No issues.

It came in great condition and is good quality. I think it is worth spending a bit extra for the pen although I would highly recommend buying open box. My only annoyance is that the trackpad click is quite loud.

I love the keyboard including the pen because it can charge with the keyboard and it is more easier to use than the tablet.

Very clever keyboard, and an interesting upgrade to the previous Surface keyboards. This one has a storage/charging area for the vastly improved stylus. The keyboard functions perfectly, and just like the previous models. This is an extremely useful attachment.

If you're buying a surface tablet / PC, you ought to also be buying a keyboard to go with it. If you don't, you'll regret it. And if you do... you're going to love it! The feel of these keyboards is fantastic. Personally, I was a little uncertain of the texture of the matting around the keyboard and the keyboard face, but after resting my hands on it now for a few weeks, I am sold. It feels great, and looks super sharp! I'm sure my surface tablet turns more heads dressed than it would undressed. Bonus points for the pen 'holster' also serving as a charging station for the pen. Did I mention you should get a pen? Because you should! Excellent purchase, no regrets. Highly recommend!

Great Microsoft - Surface Slim Pen 2 and Pro Signature Keyboard for Pro X, 8, 9 - Black

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. I love taking it off and just work g with the tablet or using my mechanical keyboard. He loves attaching this keyboard and resting it on the steering wheel. On or off, we both LOVE it so far.

I bought this to use with a Surface Pro 8. It works really well most of the time. Every now and then I connect it to the tablet and the keys and touchpad don't work. I have to disconnect and reconnect - usually a couple of times before it works properly. The pen is a different story. It works every time and works so much better than the pens from previous Surface Pros and even better than the one on the Surface Pro X. I love the feel and feedback.

The color is great and it works incredibly well! It’s easy to use and makes the surface very easy to navigate.

A must have, works perfect with the surface pro. Easy to install and use.

As always, Microsoft hardware is hard to beat. I especially like the compartment for the pen which also keeps it charged.

This keyboard cover is amazing. I dont have to worry about the magnet disconnecting like most keyboard covers. Would recommend if you have you have a surface Pro

The keyboard works fairly well. It’s a bit rough to remove the board from the Surface Pro, but it means that it stays on it well. The keys are easy to press and aren’t unsatisfying to use, though the hand placement take a second to get used to. The stylus is good as well and the different buttons function nicely. All in all it works well and I’d say is worth the money.

I put off getting a Surface Pro for many years awaiting a slightly larger screen and finally pulled this plug on the 8. I was concerned I'd have difficulty adapting to a smaller form factor from a 15" especially since I'm a guy with larger hands. All I can say is WOW. I LOVE this keyboard. It is the perfect size, comfortable, durable, well lit and honestly easier because the smaller size has decreased typing stress because less movement to reach the keys compared to my full size laptop (which I haven't touched since I got my Surface Pro 8. Track pad is responsive and the best I've used anywhere. A great feature is the stylus compartment so I always know where they stylus is and it's charged when I need it. If you have any concerns about it, set them aside and feel confident purchasing this. FYI, you can get a Microsoft Protection plan to cover just the keyboard it you want.

Aince i am use to Samsung pen. I was looking forward to trying this pen. It works really well and pretty.

It works great. The pen glides across the screen .It is a great improvemnt over previous pen. This is not the newest keyboard but works well. Its not backlit like pevious keboards. Only one glich is the small keyboard keeps poping up. Each time i use it it. I get better at touch typing with it. You can comfortably type and then backspace. AI is not on the keyboard but onscreen.

Needed a replacement for my old surface keyboard. I swapped this one out from the old one and continued on with my business,

Love my new keyboard with pen. The red is a really nice red to. Just wish it would come with the surface pro and didn’t have to purchase it separately.

Great keyboard, I bought it with the blue device, the black looks great with all colors imo!
