    Looks great, great aesthetic, goes well with the green Surface pro 9 we have. Sleek design, really didn’t want to return it but ended up having to because the mousepad stopped responding within a week of purchase. Was extremely disappointed but will admit we did buy a replacement with how well it was working before it stopped, so fingers crossed for a working keyboard this time around!

    Absolute trainwreck of a transaction. First Marketplace Vendor charged me for a Signature Keyboard W/Slim Pen 2 and ship me the basic type case for Surface Pro 3 - 7. Best Buy did NOT honor their return policy, and almost 2 weeks later..... no refund. If you HAVE to purchase from Best Buy, do so at your own peril. But avoid Market Place vendors at all costs. Best Buy won't do anything but make excuses!

    unfortunately this item did not fit even though it says it is for the model that i have. The best buy employee was very helpful and even looked at my computer and said this would fit however it does not.
