Nothing But Problems

Intermittently it will be unresponsive, it will start inserting keys, the screen will flash, it won't let me perform basic operations and apps don't work properly. I bought the almost $200 Best Buy protection plan and have been back into Best Buy 4 times to try to get the problems solved. They have agreed there are problems, tried to fix them and gave up. They said they would need to send the machine back to the factory and that they had to charge me $99 to do this, even though the machine is under warranty and I have the protection plan. So I took it to a local authorized Microsoft dealer. They had it for 4 days and said they had fixed it. I got the computer back, reconfigured it and now the problems have started again. I don't do gaming and haven't loaded any unusual programs or extensions. I had a Surface for 4+ years, loved it and never had a problem. I was just trying to replace it and get onto Windows 11. I still want a Surface, but I want it to work properly...not asking too much for the price! My ratings are based on this computer that I purchased.
