Finally I have decided to plunge into the Surface Pro tablet. Version 2 makes it a great tablet. It's unbelievably fast and responsive. The HD screen quality is fantastic. Haswell 22nm processor substantially extends the battery life. It’s easy to use too. I thought that 128GB version was a great buy. Combined with the Microsoft - Type Cover 2 (Purple) backlit keyboard makes it very appealing. The purple color goes well with it. I have received several compliments so far. Highly recommended. Go purple!!!

Very easy to plug in, love that keyboard doubles as a cover to tablet. Very well made and durable, nice fabric by the mouse.

The sound from the Beats Studio headphones are great. The noise cancelling is good for not being powered like the Bose. I tested both the Bose and Beats and the audio quality from the Beats Studio is superior.

Helps to cover the screen, and if you are used to typing on a keyboard, this one is easy to use. Easy set up, just snap in.

I have a Surface RT. The keyboard I got with it originally is the pink touch cover. It served it's purpose, but wasn't the easiest thing to type on. I couldn't wait for the new keyboards to come out but hadn't seen anything stating that the new keyboards worked with the original Surface RT. I love a backlit keyboard and it works flawlessly!! The feel of the keyboard is very nice. The backkighting is bright enough to be helpful, but not overwhelming at all. I certainly would recommend it!!

This keyboard makes the tablet so much easier to use. The keys have a real keyboard feel and the backlighting helps a lot. The soft feel of the keyboard is nice. It can serve as a cover for the tablet. Or easily detach and set aside.

Love the keyboard....... key sensitivity is great, love the purple color, and the back-lighting is an excellent feature!

Completes the surface to make it easier to type and since it does come off this makes the unit easy to use for other apps

I had the original Microsoft type keyboard for 9 months. When they came out with the back light version, I immediately purchased it since I usually use my computer in low-light. This keyboard is exactly like the original, except in includes the back lighting. The type response is excellent. The magnetic attachment is super easy. But the original keyboard did not make my wired in speaker hum! (I use an iHome speaker). This keyboard causes a very noticeable hum. So it must be something to do with the additional back lighting. I have bluetooth speakers, but the darn Surface keeps dropping them. So there is no great solution at this point.

I had no problems with this keyboard. Liked the color because it was bright pink & made it easy to keep up with.

The keyboard is made of quality materials. It hooks of to the surface easily and makes a very nice addition to it.

This is perfectly designed as a keyboard and minor protection for the surface. Cool color choices and easy to use!

The keys feel great and they compress so you get a better feel of typing. The cover is real thin and lightweight.

This product is great to the touch, magnetic, lightweight, well lit and even has the left & right click option!

I like that it's easy to put together, it lights up, and I can use it as a screen protector when not in use.

I bought my keyboard a few months after my tablet, so I had to go without the mouse, which was horrible. After buying this, everything was easier, however, being that it has a left and right click (along with the mouse pad itself) the problem is there is hardly no definition to the three portions, so, I'm constantly hitting the wrong button. If in between the keys, they made a small strip of light, it'd be much easier. Also, I love that you can control the brightness of the keys, however when you turn the screen of the tablet off, the keyboard lighting remains on unless you turn it off by the brightness keys.

The keyboard is easy to use. Attaches to the surface quick and easy and when closed, helps protect the screen.

The keyboard responds to a light touch but the touchpad is difficult to use unless you are a flat hard surface. Portability is great with simple setup. Price is high.
