It is a different kind of keyboard and I am getting use to how it feels. The keys are fine, but I have had trouble with the mouse. It sometimes doesn't pick up what I am doing or it does it own thing.

The surface pro 2 goes everywhere with me. The type 2 key cover provides protection for the screen and makes it super easy to close up the tablet and go. The keys feel great and the trackpad is surprisingly useful. Nice that it comes in colors. Get the surface close to the key cover and they mate instantly. I really appreciate the backlit keys as well.

The keyboard it self is great. Makes working much easier. But with the keyboard attached you can not use other protective cases. The back of my Surface has scratches and silver is chipping off.

This keyboard is almost a must-have if you get a MS Surface Pro. It makes typing so much easier and even has a touch pad if you want to use it as a mouse. It's soft and helps to protect the screen when you're not using it. It would be nice if a numpad was included, however with it being such a small device, it probably wouldn't make much sense.

This keyboard made the Surface tablet complete. The keyboard functions quite easily and typing with this keyboard is very efficient. The keys have a very distinct feeling since they are slightly raised and not flat like some less expensive models. The keyboard also serves as a cover for the Surface tablet and provides protection for the tablet.

Since I use my Surface Pro 2 for work and school, I found this keyboard extremely handy. Best screen protector. The Type Cover 2 is back-lit and responds to lighting to save battery life. Makes it easy to be productive in dimly lit or dark areas. Connects effortlessly. Just wish it were included as a package when purchasing the Surface. :-)

I really like this keyboard. I chose purple for my daughter, but as far as a keyboard goes, this is pretty awesome - backlit keyboard and the tactile feedback is great. I've tried other keyboards for other tablets and this one is WAY nicer - a bit pricey but when you see how well it works, it makes sense why the cost is there.

The magnet keyboard is strong so no worries of it detaching. And it also covers the entire screen when not in use
