I found it easy to use because it is so much like the laptop keyboard. it will be easy to travel with and doesn't take up much space and it makes the tablet easier to use than the touch screen especially for us older people that have a hard time getting use to the touch screens.

We love it! It's the perfect keyboard.. Glad we didn't choose the flat one. The one we chose is flat, but the keys are raised a little so it feels like your actually typing!

Overall, this a 5 star keyboard compared to others but it looses one star for simple features (magnetic shut, clickable right left mouse keys on touchpad) that are already in the marketplace on other tablets

Very pleased with my purple keypad when using my new Surface 2. I'm amazed at the strong magnet draw to the notebook. The backlighting of the keypad truly comes in handy. Love the texture; doesn't show scratches or smears and prevents notebook from sliding off surfaces.

got this keyboard for my girlfriends tablet for schoolwork. she said it makes typing much easier to have a standard typing keyboard over the flat one she initially got with her purchase. Shes happy, im happy.

I picked this up for my son who got the surface for Christmas. Makes typing easier, and I have noticed his speed has picked up so his school work is getting done quicker. I also feel it makes the screen a little safer when not in use since it folds over like a cover.

Using this on a 1st generation Surface. Works really well for both a screen cover and keyboard. The feel of this cover compared to the type 1 is night and day. Yes the type 1 cover is cheaper, but it feels that way also. I find it a lot easier to type on the type 2.

Didn't like the old keyboard which was flat...just not sure what I would have been typing. I like touching the actual keys. Absolutely love the color options!

This keyboard is a great companion to the Surface RT. It does not require a separate charger because it is powered by the RT. The unit is easy to use and speeds up production -- letter writing in Word. It also acts as a protective cover for the monitor.

I would highly recommend the purchase of the keyboard along with the Surface. While a tablet is great it's always nice to be able to slap on a keyboard and type just like you do on a computer. It attaches and removes like butter, excellent product.

I can't imagine buying the Surface and NOT buying this cover! It is great.

Keyboard works as described and is perfect for the Surface. Only complaint is I have large hands and I tend to rest my thumbs on the touchpad which can cause the occasional problem. More my fault than the devices so get it and you will love it,

I LOVE this keyboard! Still feels like I am using a standard keyboard, but nice that it easily removes from my device. Even better is the awesome way that they have got the magnetic connection. I don't have to fool around trying to get it connected.

No complaints! I like the bright cyan color of my keyboard. The keyboard is easy to use, and detaches easily when necessary. I haven't figured out all of the feature buttons on top yet, but it is easy to use and the keyboard meets all my needs.

The best mechanical keyboard on the market. If you're typing a great deal, then choose this over the touch cover. If you just need to type in meetings or to chat, then the touch cover is probably better since it is lighter and extremely responsive.
