I like the keyboard - it has the feel of a keyboard - as in the keys move when pressed - I tried the less expensive model in the store and did not like the feel of it. However, do not really like the mouse part of it

I have the first edition with the flat keys, but had problems typing quickly. I was so glad when this product came out with individual keys and it was worth it. I recommended it to all my friends.

This is the ideal keyboard for the Surface Pro 2. It's easy to work with at night as it is backlit and it attaches with a snap. Feels almost like a normal keyboard except the keys are not raised.

I am extremely glad to have purchased this keyboard with my Surface. The reaction of the keys is very comfortable and the keyboard lighting is nice to have when working while on an airplane.

I thought that the magnetic bond between the surface and the keyboard would be weak but was surprisingly strong and the back lit keyboard became more useful than just ever thought possible.

It's so much more efficient to type on the keyboard than on the screen. And the backlit keys let me type even in a darkened lecture hall.

I was surprised how comfortable this was to use. It's firm but thin and easy to use on your lap or a table. It feels the best for something that's not a full keyboard. I'm definitely pleased.

Yes windows 8 is made for touch devices but this keyboard/mouse (using the touchpad) makes my daily use of my surface pro so much better. It is a bit pricey but would Definitely recommend

I gave this to my 9 yr old and it is just enough bigger so he can learn the keyboard and type correctly. Fun to have choice of colors. Don't need a cover. Keyboard protects it nicely.

I bought the purple because the letters really stand out on the dark keys (and black is boring). The keys have a nice, soft touch for typing, and the size, though small, is very adequate.

As someone who needs tactile feedback for optimum typing speed and accuracy, the Touch Cover just didn't do it for me. The Type Cover is worth the added cost, though overall it's still very expensive. An essential for a Surface owner who used the tablet for work.

This is an excellent product for the Surface. Good design and easy to use. Our family prefers the type cover over touch cover. But I'd suggest you get a feel at the Best Buy store first.

Bought this for my daughter to go with her Surface RT. She needs to be productive at college while in class and this is a perfect match to the Surface; it helps protect the tablet, too.

I love the keyboard cover for my surface. While the surface is full touch screen the keyboard is great for documents and related use.

I received the surface pro 2 for a gift for Christmas and I later purchased the type touch keyboard. I love this keyboard it is ready to use and easy to take off when I don't need it.

This keyboard was necessary for easier typing capabilities with the Surface Pro. Easier to use than the touch keyboard. The entire family is happy to be using the Type Style Keyboard.

This is such a good accessory with the surface. I am so glad I purchased one. I use it all the time and makes typing a breeze. It does get dirty pretty often so I would recommend keeping cleaning products on hand. Other than that, it's a perfect match.

This is an great Surface accessory. It fits perfectly and has several helpful features not available in Bluetooth keyboards you can buy online. The keyboard is backlit, has solid keys for real keyboard feel, has a mouse pad, and doubles as a tablet cover.

Bought the keyboard with my surface 2, it works great, never have any problems with the keyboard coming apart from the tablet. Keyboard works perfect. I love the whole set.
