Haven't really used this much, we usually use the touch screen,but the times we have connected this it has been very easy to use.

Although this keyboard was an extra $50, I think it was worth it. The other Surface keyboard has a reputation of peeling on the corners over time so even if it's a slim chance, I felt it wasn't worth the savings to risk it. It works GREAT as a cover too.

Easy to attach to your Surface. Opted for this over the Touch Cover since I didn't like the feel of the keys on the Touch Cover (and not knowing if the key was pressed or not).

This Surface keyboard is awesome. We got this for our daughter for her Surface. I love that they come in different colors. I would recommend this for anyone who has a Surface.

This is a good keyboard made just for the Surface. It helps to have something useful when typing a school document, but easy to be out of the way when using it as a tablet.

My first keyboard died in less than a year so I got this replacement one. It seems sturdier to me and I love the back lit keyboard. We will see how long this one lasts.

I have a black keyboard my wife has the purple. both are great but the colors let decide whose surface is whose. Backlight and easy magnetic attachment is a real winner.

The Surface Pro 2 is a great devices, and this type cover ads a lot to it. Its normal feeling enough to type full papers on in class, and it is backlit! Great purchase!

Wife loves the new backlighting keyboard. She needs to have keyboard for easier typing. She has long nails I prefers true typing on keyboard instead of using on screen.

Definitely recommend this over the touch cover I originally had. It's so much easier to type without having to look down, and the back light is a big help as well!!

I love the keyboard and how quite the keys are when I use it in class. I stil prefer to use the touch capability over the mouse because it is way too sensative. All in all a good investment, way faster than using the touch screen keyboard.

I bought the windows tablet for my wife to replace the laptop she lugs around everywhere. He is very happy with the colors and the portability without all the weight.

The type cover keyboard is the more preferred keyboard versus the touch cover if you're trying to do some serious typing

I use this keyboard most of the time when on my tablet. It is just like typing on a computer keyboard. Tried the one with the flat keys and did not like it as much.

Works well, is backlit, and when folded is a cover. A great addition for a surface tablet. I'm not sure why other tablet manufacturers haven't copied this yet.

Surface is complete with this keyboard. I rarely use my laptop anymore, surface with this keyboard is all I need.

I like the feel of a click better then a touch pad, I seem to hit the touch pad more then one time for a key stroke.

My fiance loves this keyboard especially because it has actual keys you can type with instead of one made of felt

I can't find a single problem with this keyboard. It's incredibly useful and resembles a laptop keyboard exactly.
