As I said, I'm on my second keyboard and will probably have to take this one back as well. The e and the number 4 are becoming harder and harder to click without making a conscience effort to make sure they were typed. With those going I can't help but think others will follow. Keep in mind this is not a best buy issue but a Microsoft issue.

I have been delighted with the Type Cover so far. It snaps in like the advertisements showed; it seems entirely fit for purpose and has had no issues. well designed to compliment the Surface Pro - I am using it for both pleasure and business.,

Having a backlight feature on the keyboard is just a great idea. I can work well into the evening on my assignments. And it's my favorite color as well! But I would like an actual left/right clicking key integrated into the internal mouse pad.

This keyboard has a great feel and easy to type on.

I bought this along with the surface pro for my wife. I was not sure if she would use just the touch screen keyboard. I was a bit taken back by the price for this cover/keyboard. All in all it does work well, it is attractive but at the same time it is pricey.

When using the keyboard, most of the time it does what it is supposed to do. however, when logging in with a password for Microsoft, there appears to be a lag time, ad even thought the p/w is entered correctly, the message is that there is an error. Have had to enter it 3 times before ti would work from the keyboard.

This keyboard was a great edition to an already great tablet. The keyboard makes it much more convenient when using Office software. Would recommend to anyone looking for a keyboard to make typing easier on the tablet when needed.

I tried to convince myself that I would learn to use the touch cover. After almost a year, I broke down an purchased the type cover. I'm so glad I did. Now I can be productive. It's still too expensive and the mouse pad is still too easy to touch when typing. They should add mechanical left and right mouse buttons.

It's a keyboard for the Surface. Works as intended. I hate the color, but it was for my neice who might be color blind. Or just has suspect taste. But she likes it, so, eh.

I originally got the same thing a couple months ago but got the soft rubber one. Well I guess it is made out of the same thing as a toy and it smells like a toy because my dog chewed it up. So I switched to the harder one.

This is definitely the best keyboard to get for your Surface! The cheaper one is not as good because you can't even feel the keys when you type. This one is so worth the extra money and the purple is a very nice color!

I love my type cover. However sometimes my surface doesn't register that my type cover is plugged in when I would it to.. Everything kind of "sticks" to the material.. And it is fading in certain areas where my skin touches. Other than that, its more useful than the virtual keyboard on the surface.

I really like this color as I had a light blue before and I couldn't see the letters on the keys well but this one is super. Also I was not expecting backlight which is automatic. That really makes it worthwhile.

this is a great key board works as describe but the cost is too much should have come with tablet at the cost of the tablet I return this as the tablet works good with touch and the pen

I love this key pad. Wish I had gotten it when I got my surface to start with. Easy to touch, feels like a real keypad, accurate - love it. Definitely recommend you pay a little more to get this to start with.

It is fantastic and I love how the magnet connection is strong, so no worries of it disconnecting during transit! The sensitivity of the keys is perfect too.
